We always hope you love your new SI-LE product, as one of our aims to reduce our carbon footprint we encourage you to communicate all your concerns before the purchase. If you are unsure before buying, email us at contact.silebrand@gmail.com or directly on our contact page and will be happy to assist.

We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 6 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will try to contact you through the email you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order, if the order had only one item we will await your response. 

All our products have been carefully upcycled by hand, due to the nature of the upcycling process, hand craftsmanship and our unique material choices for repurposing, slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider fabric nubs, minor markings or inconsistency in colour as a flaw. Please note: each item is unique due to the nature of the upcycling process. The pattern, cut and the presence of the logo may differ.

We require communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding any claim or return request. We will process the correspondent refund/store credit as soon as we receive the returned items and they are assessed by our internal team. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Exchanges or credit for full priced goods can be made within 14 days of the day it was bought.

Ensure that the item being returned is in an unworn condition with all tags and labels attached.

Returns and exchanges must include the original packaging in a reasonable condition and without postal labels. 

All items bought in SI-LE Promotions or SI-LE Sales can be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14 days but not refunded. 

Some of the SI-LE products are final sales and we accept no returns for them, it's always specified on the product page. 
 If you are unsatisfied in any way about it, contact us and we'll find a solution. 


Please ensure that you have proof of purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery. The mailing address and other details will be communicated to you after you get in touch with us and we process your request.
